As a former agency head, I was tired of seeing otherwise exceptional companies fail to execute and see their vision through. I also happened to serve in one of them. After years of operating my own firm in a fly-by-the-seat, everything-now style, I hit my own wall in 2017. My team was demoralized, my agency was failing, and my health and family were paying the price. Without radical change, a complete reset, the future looked bleak. Thankfully my kids kept me going and a flat-out do-it-or-die attitude didn’t hurt.
I intentionally sought-out a different pathway, a more sustainable and meaningful way of operating that valued a set of core values and principles first, as the foundation toward achieving more and making a genuine impact.
After deep head-down reflection, a year of R & D, a couple of certifications and ample encouragement from friends and colleagues, we attracted our first clients in 2019. Since then, we’ve helped a growing number of teams and organizations small and large improve the way they work and escape their own version of distraction and chaos. And at the same time, improve the health, performance, and growth of their businesses.
I am not an arms-length-distance or one size fits all type. I value highly focused, hands-on execution that reflects the unique requirements of every organization. We work best with mission-driven leaders who are committed to making a real impact, people who challenge the status quo, who drive change, and who are unafraid and unapologetic in their pursuit of excellence in all areas.
We work at all levels and stages, from founders and executives to start-ups and enterprise, helping clients in media, technology, healthcare, software, financial services, consumer products, blockchain, and others.
